Everything between the truck and the grid, under one contract.

Truck-as-a-Service services the truck. Charging-as-a-Service provides the charging, and not even the power behind it. Electrification-as-a-Service services everything it takes to electrify your fleet.

Everyone sells a piece. We run the whole of it.

Ask anyone who has tried to electrify a fleet what they actually had to buy.

Trucks from a manufacturer. Chargers from a vendor. A construction project from an EPC. Power from a utility with a queue. Money from a lender still determining how to forecast residual value of electric. Grants from a consultant. Insurance from a broker with no loss history on an electric truck.

Nobody designed it to work that way. It is just what happens when a whole operation has to be assembled one vendor at a time.

We deliver electrification as one system from one accountable company, so there is nothing left for you to assemble and nobody left to chase.

We deliver the right trucks for the routes you run.

Built for return-to-base work: out in the morning, back at the depot at night, charged where they already park. You get the truck specified against the routes it will actually run, with the financial structure that meets your CapEx or OpEx requirement.

We run the order, not just the purchase.

  • Specified against dwell windows and departure schedules, not mileage alone
  • Ordered under one master agreement negotiated at volume, at the best procurement price, ours or yours
  • Purchase orders issued, specifications managed, documents controlled, delivery tracked
  • Pre-delivery inspection, VIN verification, DMV registration and the power of attorney paperwork
  • Recalls come to us. Software stays with the manufacturer, warranty stays with you
  • Additions on a one to three page order at the same terms, not a new negotiation

The trucks you want. The risk you don’t.

We electrify on your calendar, not the utility’s.

The charger was never the constraint. Power is, and a utility queue can sit twelve to eighteen months in front of trucks you have already ordered.

MyGrid, at your site

Power in months, not years.

MyGrid is Zeem’s modular charging system, built for fleet duty cycles and delivered as a product rather than a construction project. Backed by a 97%+ SLA, operations on site and remote monitoring, so your trucks roll on schedule.

Charging, at our sites

Charging already built for you.

Fully staffed hubs near the nation’s busiest ports, airports and freight corridors. Everything from rideshare sedans to Class 8 tractors plugs in, charges up and gets back on the road.

The project is ours; the power is yours.

We keep every truck ready, every morning.

We supply the truck, the power and the operation, which makes us the one party who has to answer for the whole morning.

What a yard turns on is geometry: which truck sits where, in what order, so the right ones leave first. Nobody selling chargers has had to answer that, because it only appears when many trucks share one yard on a schedule. We have been answering it every night for five years.

You decide how much of it we run, all of it, none of it, or any line you draw between.

Asset reliability

  • 24/7 monitoring, remote diagnostics and resets
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance, firmware and cybersecurity patching, inspections, spares
  • Field support in tiers, through to electricians dispatched with parts. 97%+ measured

Charge and energy orchestration

  • Sequential and dynamic load management, demand charge mitigation
  • Duty-cycle scheduling and time-of-use optimization
  • The sequencing that decides which truck charges in what order, so the right ones leave first

Site and depot services

  • At our depots: site operations, security, secured parking, reservations, driver amenities
  • In your yard: staffing and support scoped to the line you draw
  • Full or part time operations staff on site

Anyone can charge a truck. Not everyone can run a yard.

We fund the infrastructure, so your capital stays in your business.

Electrification asks for capital in three places at once: the trucks, the charging infrastructure, and the working capital to carry grant money. We can fund all of it, or you can own the infrastructure outright and we deliver the charging, the operation and the SLA.

The infrastructure

Funded on our balance sheet and recovered inside a predictable monthly cost, so nothing of yours goes into the ground. No capital required and no down payment, with energy billed per kilowatt hour so you pay for what you use.

The trucks

Flexible lease structures to meet your CapEx or OpEx requirement, at the best procurement price available, ours or your own. Own the trucks or lease them. That call stays yours.

The working capital

Public money goes out long before it comes back, and that wait is ours to carry. Awards are engineered into the financed amount rather than paid out once, so every dollar captured lands as a lower monthly cost.

CapEx or OpEx. Your call, not our template.

We capture money you would not capture on your own.

Electrifying a fleet is capital intensive, and public money exists to close the gap. But getting it is a specialist’s trade, and specialists are expensive either way: a team you build long before the first award arrives, or consultants who bill whether you win or not.

We treat that as part of our job, not yours. Funding strategy is built into the core of how we work, not added at the end of a deal.

The work, the capital and the risk: ours. The money: yours.

Physical damage cover for the electric trucks you lease through us.

Electric Class 8 trucks have little claims history, so much of the standard insurance market hesitates to cover them, and that gap stalls leases.

We are building a physical damage program for the trucks you lease through us: the cover that repairs or replaces the truck itself if it is damaged, destroyed or stolen. The policy is yours, placed through a licensed agent, either your own or one introduced through the program.

One less thing standing between the truck and its first route.
